A Brachioplasty, or Arm Lift, is a procedure designed to remove the excess skin from the upper arm. This is done with an incision that, depending on the amount being excised, will determine the incision length, but the placement is always in as inconspicuous a position as possible such as the armpit or the under-most side of the arm. If stubborn fat cells are also a concern, the Arm Lift may be done in combination with Liposuction to achieve the leaner, more toned results desired.

Our skilled plastic surgeons find that using breast implants for breast reconstruction after mastectomy is the least invasive option with limited scarring and relatively fast healing time. Reconstructing breasts using implants does require tissue expanders. There are various tissue expander options that may be able to speed up the process but are not right for everyone.
